How is this different from booking on a rental site?
Accountability. A listing site’s job ends at checkout; your advisor’s doesn’t. If the house isn’t what was promised, there’s a person on your side of it.
Can you arrange extras — a cook, a transfer, a stocked kitchen?
Tell your advisor what the week needs. What’s arrangeable varies by property and place, and they’ll give you a straight answer before you count on anything.
