Tours & activities

The day that makes the trip.

Tours, tickets, tables, and guides — arranged by your advisor as part of the trip, on the platform’s live inventory.

Paris rooftops at dusk with the Eiffel Tower on the skyline

Ask anyone about their best trip and they don’t describe the hotel. They describe a day — the cooking class, the boat, the guide who knew which door to knock on. Those days rarely happen by accident, and the good ones book out first.

Your advisor arranges experiences from the platform’s live inventory as part of planning the trip — matched to who’s going and how you actually like to spend a day, not to what an algorithm sells hardest.

With an advisor

How it books.

Say who’s going

A guided day means something different for two people than for a family of six. Your advisor starts there.

They place it in the itinerary

The right experience on the wrong day ruins both. Your advisor books it where it fits the trip’s rhythm.

Confirmed, on the record

Tickets and times sit in the same trip record as everything else — one place to look, one person to ask.

Good to know

Before you ask.

Can you add experiences to a trip I’ve already arranged elsewhere?

Yes. Tell your advisor where you’ll be and when, and they’ll arrange the days worth arranging — you don’t need to have booked the rest with us.

Do you book private guides or just group tours?

Both come through the platform’s inventory. Tell your advisor how you like to travel — some days are better shared, some aren’t.

What does this cost me?

As with everything Traveda books, planning with an advisor doesn’t add a fee on top of your trip — you pay for the experience itself.
