What we collect

This site collects information in exactly one way: when you choose to send it to us through the trip-request form or the contact form. Those forms ask for:

Your name and email address, so an advisor can reply.
Your phone number — optional, only if you’d rather talk.
Details about the trip or your message — rough dates, a budget range, and whatever you tell us about where you want to go, or the topic and text of a contact message.

Each submission also records the IP address and browser identification (user-agent) it arrived from. We keep those alongside the message to spot abuse and spam — nothing more.

There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking of your browsing on this site.

How it’s handled

Your submission is delivered by email to our team, who read it and route it to the right advisor. This site keeps no database of submissions. If email delivery ever fails, the submission is written to a private log on our server so your request isn’t lost — that log is only readable by us and is swept into the same email process.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we’re helping you with it — planning the trip, answering the question — and for our ordinary business records afterward. If you want what you’ve sent removed, ask through the contact page and we’ll delete it.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. What you send us is used to respond to you and arrange your travel — that’s it.

Cookies

Before launch, this site sets one cookie: a temporary preview cookie that lets invited visitors see the site while it’s still closed to the public. It identifies the preview, not you. There is no analytics or advertising tracking on this site today; if that ever changes, this page will say so first.

Questions or removal

Anything about your data — a question, a correction, or a request to remove what you’ve sent — goes through the contact page. A person reads it.
