Flights

Flights, booked by someone who reads the fare rules.

Advisors book flights on Traveda’s own platform — and when a flight moves, you message a person who already has the record.

The flight is the fragile part of every trip — the piece most likely to move, and the one where the fine print costs real money. An advisor reads the fare rules before you buy, not after the airline emails you.

Traveda advisors book against live airline inventory on the platform. Flights can be the whole request or the spine of a bigger one — either way, the itinerary and the person who built it stay in the same place.

With an advisor

How it books.

Describe the route

Where, roughly when, and what you care about most: schedule, price, or not connecting through the wrong airport in January.

Your advisor prices the options

Live fares from the platform, with the trade-offs spelled out in plain language before anything is ticketed.

They watch it with you

Schedule change, cancellation, a leg you want to move — your advisor has the record and works the change with you.

Good to know

Before you ask.

Can I book just a flight?

Yes. Plenty of requests are a flight and nothing else. Though if the flight is part of a bigger trip, one advisor holding all of it is where this really pays off.

What happens if my flight is changed or cancelled?

You message your advisor. They already have the booking record and work the rebooking with you — you’re not starting from scratch in an airline queue.

Does booking a flight through an advisor cost extra?

Planning with a Traveda advisor doesn’t add a fee on top of your trip — the economics are the same across everything we book, and they’re spelled out on the FAQ.
