Plan a trip

Tell us the trip. We’ll bring the person.

One short note is enough — a Traveda advisor takes it from there.

The request

Write it like a note to a friend.

No forms within forms, no seat maps, no calendars to fight. Where you’re hoping to go, roughly when, and who’s coming — that’s a complete request.

An advisor reads it, asks the one or two questions that matter, and comes back with a plan you can react to. You decide; they book.

Prefer to talk first? Say hello and we’ll take it from there.

Read by an advisor, not a queue.

The work

What an advisor actually does.

Plans against real inventory

Rooms, rates and availability an advisor can actually see and hold — not a re-run of the same searches you’ve already done. The plan you get back is one that can genuinely be booked.

Books it and owns the record

Confirmations, changes, special requests — one person holds the whole record of your trip. Nothing lives in seven inboxes, and nothing is your job to chase.

Answers while you’re away

A moved flight, a room that isn’t right, a night you want to add — you message the person who built the trip, and they already know every detail of it.

Good to know

Before you ask.

What does an advisor cost me?

You’re not billed for the planning. Advisors are paid from a share of the commission already built into travel pricing — the price of the trip is the price of the trip.

How am I matched with an advisor?

We read your note and pair you with the advisor who fits the trip — the destination, the style of travel, the season. That’s why a couple of honest sentences beats a perfect form.

Can I work with a specific advisor?

Yes. Every advisor has their own page with its own request form — send your note there and it goes straight to them.

Ready when you are

One short note. One person on it.
